INTRODUCTION
In activity 4 of think lab we were told to observe, discuss and discover multiple perspectives in a given situation. This activity helped us to understand the perspective of stakeholders who are directly or indirectly effected in the given situation.
STAKEHOLDERS are people who are included in a situation of any kind. DIRECT STAKEHOLDERS are people who are directly affected in a situation and can be seen, meanwhile INDIRECT STAKEHOLDER are people who are indirectly affected by the situation and cannot be seen.
WARM UP ACTIVITY
In the warm up activity we were shown few images which helped me to understand stakeholders better.
For example in given image, Direct stakeholders is vendor and car driver, on the other hand Indirect stakeholders are Traffic police, vendor's family, co-passengers and other car drivers.
MAIN ACTIVITY
For the main activity, we were divided in the groups. Each groups was allotted with a situation. With that particular situation we had to create a stakeholder map which included core, direct stakeholders, indirect stakeholders and international. Then we have to select one stakeholder from the map and find two solutions to the problems they might be facing.

REFLECTION
Stakeholder mapping helped us to analyze and understand the participants involved in a situation, and gave a clear view of their potential problems and ways to decode them.
Stakeholder mapping plays a significant role in designing as it brings your team together to capture what you collectively know about your stakeholders and their interests, helping you ensure you have the right representation of voices in the room, providing design solutions.
In this activity there was no problem faced by me or my group. Group coordination went smoothly, there was no chaos in talking and expressing ideas, and we were able to finish our given task before time.
Our map had quite broad information and its layout was in a proper organized manner which helped our peers and teachers to understand it easily. Because of this we were given a positive feedback.
